You&#039;re right in your article, it is much simpler for smaller companies to embrace excellent customer service, and everything that goes with it such as transparency and honesty. There are some big names in this list though like Google, Rackspace and Forester, and some of my favorites like Freshbooks, Joost and Joyent.  Hey, Microsoft&#039;s even on this list ... not sure why!</description>
